Antique 4.4 Nanking Sterling Silver Chinese Export Lidded Dragon Box Case 194g

Have for sale an antique late 19th or early 20th Century sterling silver etched Dragon lidded box by Nanking Chinese Export. The box measures 4 3/8″ length, 3 1/8″ wide and 2 height. It is marked Nanking and other Chinese marks. It has been 100% tested for Sterling Silver or even higher silver content. No dings or dents. No damage or repair. Engraved OK in fancy letters in the middle of the lid. Lid closes nicely and securely. Gilt interior with some tarnish. It has a Dragon etched all the way around it and also on the lid. A rare Chinese sterling dragon box in great condition and nice size. Useful, displayable and presentable.

Chinese Export Silver Cigarette Box, c1920

A Chinese export silver rectangular cigar box, engraved with dragons on a finely textured and hammered ground, with a hinged cover and cedar wood lining. It retains old retailer’s labels. The box is in very good condition, with the expected wear consistent with age and use. It presents a few light scratches at the bottom and one small dig. The box sits well. Vintage Chinese hand-carved cinnabar lacquer Shou longevity beaded necklace. It is hand-knotted with a box clasp marked silver. The necklace measures about 26 long and weighs 72 grams. Each bead measures 11 mm in diameter. The beads have no. Obvious chips, cracks, or other notable damages. The cord is in worn condition and may need to be restrung at some point. I suspect this piece was produced for export sometime in mid-century, perhaps in the 1960s. The clasp is functional. Overall, the necklace is in good vintage condition. Please refer to the photos. Antique circa 30s-40s, genuine amber necklace, strung on a silk string, the clasp points out to antique Chinese Export era, signed Silver, the olive shaped beads vary slightly in tinge, the tone is mostly dark cognac with some crazing “crackle” structure, as expected due to age, absolutely gorgeous and rare! BOXED SET Antique CHINESE EXPORT STERLING c1940 Hallmarked JADE TOPS

An uncommon boxed set of six Chinese Export sterling silver and jade spoons. The reverse of each is marked with the makers mark “LYH” for Lee Yee Hing as well as “Sterling” and “Hong Kong”. I would date them to c1930’s or 40’s. They are a handsome Art Deco design with bamboo stems and bezel terminals that have been set green jade cabochons (color does not show up in the photos, I’ll try and add some better images). They are in super condition being free from dings splits chips cracks and repairs and they are in their original silk lined presentation box with a glass lid. They each measure approx.

Antique Chinese Lotus Tea Caddy Metal Casket Velvet Lined Waterlily Export Box

Offering this beautiful antique stamped metal over wood tea caddy. The metal exterior has a waterlily design. The interior and bottom are lined in golden yellow velvet. Most likely Chinese, though there are no marks that I could find. There is age-related wear to the finish on the metal (showing a brassy color under the silver gilt) and to the velvet lining, and it appears the lid is missing a couple tacks on top and possibly a clasp on the front, but it’s otherwise complete, functional, and displays very well. Measures about 10 1/2″ x 6″ x 6.
