It measures 7″ long x 3/4″ wide and has 7 intricate panels with ornate filigree designs and tiger’s eye cabochon stones. It is in excellent condition and is marked “silver” on the male tab of the clasp closure. It weighs 42.5 grams. As restrictions continue, I may only be able to drop packages off and not have them physically scanned into the postal system. Antique circa 30s-40s, genuine amber necklace, strung on a silk string, the clasp points out to antique Chinese Export era, signed Silver, the olive shaped beads vary slightly in tinge, the tone is mostly dark cognac with some crazing “crackle” structure, as expected due to age, absolutely gorgeous and rare! This cylindrical shaped box is adorned with embossed blossom, which have exceptional detail & definition. The Prunus adorns the entire outside, and the top of the lid is smothered in blossoms. This enchanting design, sits proud on a hand hammered background. It’s lid is original & a perfect fit, both parts are internally gilded. 1890’s / 1930’s. WH for Wang Hing & Co. (Hong Kong Circa 1890 – 1930). 3.9 cm’s diameter. 3 cm’s high. No dents, holes or splits. There are movement marks to the base. Both the lid & bottom open & close with ease.
