FINE QUALITY CHINESE HALLMARKED SILVER TRINKET / RING BOX. With SUPERB REPOUSSE DRAGONS. This is a stunning. Quality Chinese silver trinket / ring box which dates, I’d guess, from the late 19th. To the early 20th. Century and was made by, again a guess, Wang Hing I can’t quite make out the mark. See photographs and details. It is depicted with superb repousse decoration to all sides of an intricately hand embossed. It is gilded to its interior and is marked to the inner right-hand collar with the maker’s stamp – again see photographs and details. It measures 4 3/4 (12cm) L. X 1 1/2″ (4cm) W x 1 1/4″ (3.25cm) H approx; and is in excellent condition with no defect at all to report, apart from very light wear consistent with its age. This is a beautiful superior quality period silver box that’s in superb condition and with a low start price should get considerable interest. THERE IS NO RESERVE ON THIS SALE.
