SOLID SILVER TRINKET BOX. A Chinese silver hexagonal trinket box, the top with dragons surrounding a circular engraved cartouche, the panel sides decorated with dragons, bamboo and cherry blossom. WC 90 plus character mark for Wing Chun of Hong Kong, c1900. The hinge has been broken off and a metal wire has been used to attach the lid which is wobbly and probably not strong enough. A good silversmith would be able to do a much better job of reattaching the lid. Otherwise there is minor surface wear, including scratches to the base but no dents.
