WC 90 plus character mark for Wing Chun of Hong Kong, c1900. The hinge has been broken off and a metal wire has been used to attach the lid which is wobbly and probably not strong enough. A good silversmith would be able to do a much better job of reattaching the lid. Otherwise there is minor surface wear, including scratches to the base but no dents.
