For sale is a brand new Automatic Mens Chronograph Watch based on the iconic Chinese Airforce Seagull 1963 mechanical chronograph. This stunning watch is a mechanical work of art, all visible through the display caseback. The full features are as follows. A display caseback. 316L Stainless steel construction. Seagull ST1901 mechanical chronograph movement. (Please note – this movement has no hacking function, which means the seconds hand doesnt stop when the crown is pulled out to change the time). 3ATM water resistance (not suitable for immersion in water). Classic military green nato strap. Additional genuine leather quick release strapped. The dimensions of the case are as follows. 37.53mm diameter. 13.3mm thick. 47.3mm lug to lug. 18mm strap size. Please note :- this is NOT a battery powered watch, it is powered by a wound mainspring. It will stop, once out of power. To restart the watch, rotate clockwise for about 30 revolutions; this hand-winds the watch and it will start ticking again. The lower portion of this antique Chinese silver box is embellished with a broad band of pierced bamboo stalk and foliate decoration, below a chased undulating plum blossom decorated border.
