Antique Victorian Solid Silver Chinese Export Box. Antique Victorian solid silver Chinese Export box, Wang Hing, c1880. Rectangular shaped box with fine repousse decoration to the front & sides with dragons & clouds. The base having maker’s stamp “WH 90″. Wang Hing being the most sought after & collectable Chinese Silver Export maker which exists. Established in Canton, Hong Kong, 1854. Length x Width x Height. 117mm x 73mm x 46mm. Excellent condition with light surface marks that are consistent with genuine age, use & polishing.

Details: A fantastic and wonderfully designed antique Victorian Chinese sterling silver floral etched snuff box or pill box with lovely detailing hallmarked to the interior possibly made in Nanking c1880. This is a wonderful item that would make a perfect gift or addition to any collection. Rare design dome oval sorth south east west mounting. One ring including box, common larger usable size 7 1/2 and adjustable by your jeweler only, too, silver, box has mark inside from the ring, gorgeous, black velvety old box and ring found in as far as i can remember. Box is marked with a name unsure of age though. I found a possibly this john wanamaker store from 1800s and defunct online. Box appears from 60s? And may not be original to the older looking ring, this is a nice ring. Fabulous mount on this makes it as desirable as the color, rich glowy red orange with agate band area, this color is lucid, the 4 point n s e west style of this dome is a classical dream to wear if you can find it, matches the best you will wear, and looks great with your art deco jadeite jades which were often mounted together for contrast and complimentary flair, large stone dome gorgeous.

A super quality rare Chinese export solid silver snuff box. It is hallmarked with a Chinese character mark and the makers mark HHC. I would date it to c1860s. It has been superbly design being engraved with flowers to the lid and base with the cartouche being engraved with the name Freddy. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. 2.25 inches (5.7cms) across by 1.5 inches (3.8cms) wide by 0.75 inch (2cms) tall and weighs 58 grams. Antique Victorian Solid Sterling Silver Tea Caddy Box with Lid Chinese 1901

Antique Silver Tea Caddy. A good example of an antique silver tea caddy with its original lid. It is a quatrefoil shape and is beautifully decorated with repousse scenes of an eastern theme with dragons and other flowers and motifs. It is good quality, weighing approximately 300g. It is clearly hallmarked on the base and the lid for London, 1901 and the maker John Henry Rawlings. It is in good condition for its age and displays beautifully. There are a few light surface marks and some minor signs of age and use but no major dents or damages and it is certainly a very usable piece. Depth : 2 3/4 (7cm). Height : 4 1/2 (11.5cm).
