Antique Chinese Or European Neillo Solid Silver Cylinder Pill box Or Snuff Box. It is a very old piece but I’m not to sure about the hallmarks if it is Chinese or European. There is a date on the base carved as 1841 and some other wording smilers to initials. And have two other hallmarks on the top of the lid and one on the side of the lid.
