Antique Chinese Export Gilded Silver Enamel Filigree Bird Box with Carnelian Stones on Head. Head is attached by Chain. Gilded filigree over silver and enamel. Bird stands 4″ tall x 8.5″ long x 2 wide. Weight is approximately 4 3/4oz or 135 grams. Silver stamped on bottom of foot. There is slight loss of enamel and gilding but overall condition is terrific.
