On Offer is this lovely Antique Early 1900’s Chinese Sterling Silver Enamel Cloisonne Snuff Opium Box featuring a square shaped box with Ducks and Cranes decorated around all four sides of this beautiful and now rare box. There are flowers around the base and the lid of the box. Tested positive for 925 sterling silver. Hallmarked Silver on the base of the box which is stained with old glue from the sales sticker. The inside of the lid and box are coated with the same irridescent blue color. Measuring 2.5 inches high x 1 inches wide. In excellent vintage condition with no damage or repairs. An outstanding piece of Chinese history that is a must for the serious collector. The lid opens and closes tightly. It has never been used so is in pristine condition because it is old stock. The colors of the enamel are iridescent and very shiny around the cartouches. A wonderful piece of early 20th century Chinese silversmithing history because these marvelous pieces are not longer being made.
