This authentic antique Qing Dynasty Chinese export necklace features a beautiful Buddhist silver amulet pendant in the shape of a prayer temple. Each of the exterior walls features a different yet intricate design as well as an articulated door that opens and closes. Each outside wall, as well as the grooves of the roof are enhanced with deeply saturated shades of blue and turquoise enamel. The amulet is completed by a repoussé bell that makes a gentle chime with movement. This one of a kind centerpiece is featured on a beaded necklace adorned with stunning antique cloisonné beads that showcase a beautiful, multicolored bird design, as well as embossed silver components, lapis lazuli gemstone, and finally, carnelian beads. The necklace is finished with a finely detailed box clasp made from sterling for skin sensitivity. The piece has a wearable length of 23 inches. Please note that there is some wearing on the cloisonné beads from normal wear. In addition, I do not know the purity of the silver beads or amulet – they have not been tested.
