Vintage Filigree Chinese Silver, Enamel Floral Motif, Cabochon Gem, Bangle Tea Caddy with Lid. The caddy is decorated extensively with multi-colored enamel flowers and cabochons (not sure what they are made of). The caddy measures (with lid) 4 1/4″ x 4 5/8″ and weighs 14.93 troy ounces (464.5 grams). The base of the caddy is marked with the word “Silver”. This tea caddy is in excellent condition with few signs of use, if any. The cabochon gems are all secure in their casing and none are missing. We looked over the enamel and could only find one flower with a chip (see close up picture). While we do our best to accurately describe all items and conditions, we are not perfect, and sometimes condition can be a subjective thing. RARE Antique Chinese Hallmarked Solid Silver – Pot Jar Box – Nepalese Deities. PLEASE VIEW ALL 10 PHOTOS I HAVE PROVIDED. A rare antique Chinese hallmarked solid silver lidded jar. It is stamped on the base with full Chinese hallmarks including makers mark. Looks to date to the early 20th Century could be possibly slightly older. The silver is beautifully embossed with Nepalese or Tibetan figures which have very good detail. The lid of the jar has a stunning floral swirl detail which is not worn and is quite clear. The top of the jar fits nice and tight onto the base and is a good fit. The jar has no dents or heavy scratches and is in good original condition. Measures – 9 cm height x 7.2 cm wide —– Weighs 178.5 grams of solid silver.
