Antique Chinese circular box comprised of a silver metal with repousse design of scholar’s objects that is decorated with blue and aubergine enamel. The cover has a foo dog knop. Covered on the interior and bottom with a light blue enamel. Box approximately 4-3/8 inches in diameter and and 3-1/4 inches tall (including the top). Dates to the late 19th C.
