Two armed guards stand at either side of the desk, as well as attendant. Others wait in line. Tall pine and cypress trees, lush foliage. Sides with soft engraved bamboo on rocky ground. This rare c1875 Chinese export silver playing card case. Is 3 3/4 inches by 2 5/8 inches and 4 3/4 (standard) ounces. Signed for Wang Hing. Lustreous silver patina throughout.
